We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesperson to join our successful Public Sector Team. This position will be fully remote, responsible for managing some of our key customers across the UK.

I am looking for both a New Business Manager and a Account Manager to join individually. Both role responsibilities listed below.

You must have experience specifically selling into MATs, ideally having sold software.

40-55k salary + 30-45k OTE + 6k car allowance

What will you be doing?

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To achieve 100% recurring revenue, spend within assigned account portfolio
- To achieve additional, spend target within account portfolio by upselling and cross selling from the IRIS portfolio
- Developing long term strategic relationships with account base.
- Excellent deal management and stakeholder management.
- Accurately forecast the monthly and quarterly revenue.
- Owning data quality in CRM/pipeline reports for all opportunities and leads, ensuring accuracy of sales stage, deal size, close date and next actions
- Working with each account to produce annual account plans that achieve growth aligned to the targets
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to uphold excellent customer service acting as a guardian of the customer experience.
- Understanding the product landscape of solutions and services and how they fit in the marketplace.
- Embracing and enhancing the team ethos.

What skills and experience do you need to have?

We're looking for someone with the ability to:

- Develop sales accounts and deliver / exceed sales targets
- Confidently build relationships with customers at Director / Executive / C-Level
- Manage and grow sales accounts
- Understand Software / SaaS sales

NEW BUSINESS:
To find and win new logo customers in an assigned territory or market

To achieve assigned targets and KPIs

Excellent deal management - own the deal strategy to create a win

Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue

Pipeline management - owning data quality in CRM for all opportunities and leads, ensuring accuracy of sales stage, deal size, close date, and next actions.

Prospecting - build a territory plan in the assigned vertical/market.

Product and Market knowledge - understands the product landscape of solutions and services and how they fit in the marketplace.

Team player - embraces and enhances the team ethos
