Our EdTech Hub is a Global Ecosystem designed to support EdTech startup community and strengthen collaboration across the education innovation space around the world. It is a dedicated platform designed to connect and strengthen the global education technology ecosystem by bringing together educators, innovators, investors, and other stakeholders. It serves as a central gateway for sector news, research, and market insights, while also hosting events and initiatives that foster collaboration and transparency. Through programmes such as the Global Startup Coach Award, the EdTech Hub supports innovation, amplifies impactful ideas, and helps create a more efficient and connected marketplace for EdTech worldwide.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
With experience in the EdTech space and with knowledge of the global EdTech ecosystem, the successful candidate will play a supporting role in driving strategic initiatives by coordinating major events, engaging with key stakeholders, and contributing to high-impact projects such as the Global EdTech Resource Map.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives that bring together educators, innovators, startups, and thought leaders to shape the future of learning.

Ecosystem Development and Research

  • Assist in updating and mapping key global EdTech players, to support the Global EdTech Resource Map initiative
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to expand engagement across the global EdTech landscape

Project Management and Administration

  • Support the coordination and delivery of major global and regional events, including networking events, BETT, Redefining Learning Forum, and the European semi-finals GESAwards
  • Provide operational and administrative support across major projects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
  • Assist with internal coordination, reporting, and project tracking to keep initiatives on schedule

Essential
Skills & Experience

  • Sector Knowledge (essential) - Understanding of the EdTech landscape, trends, and key players
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with educators, innovators, investors, startups, and other ecosystem partners
  • Research & Analytical Skills - Ability to research and map global EdTech players, track sector trends, and identify engagement opportunities
  • Team Collaboration - Experienced in working with cross-functional and international teams to achieve shared goals

Desirable

  • Project Management - Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting promotional content, event listings, and stakeholder updates
  • Technical Proficiency - Experience using databases and MS Office tools
  • Data Management - Comfortable with maintaining relevant databases
  • Flexibility & Adaptability - Able to respond effectively to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Event Coordination - Proven ability to plan, organise, and deliver both in-person and online events, from concept to post-event evaluation

  • Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week

  • Salary from £40,000 depending on experience
  • Contract type: 6 month FTC

  • There will be an element of travel, and flexible working, including some evenings attending events
