Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Hunting and growing new accounts for Magic EdTech in UK. The primary responsibilities will include: Hands-on sales growth responsibility in UK. Be able to articulate technology, Content services/solutions Create a value-based relationship with new Magic customers. Drive up-sell and cross-sell by prioritising accounts with the highest propensity to buy by clearly defining the ideal customer profile and driving business development initiatives with them. Lead key account strategy and planning. Managing the opportunity pipeline, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook. Collaborate with solution specialists to maximize the footprint of growing Magic products and services. Engage as required with the supporting functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers related to their respective projects. Ability to successfully connect and interface with CXOs. Work with the marketing office to plan customer events and branding strategies.
