Study support is available if you are looking to study AAT/ACCA/CIMA.

**Flexible Hybrid working pattern of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office (North London)**

**Minimum experience required is use of an Accounts package for processing invoices in a previous admin/accounts/office role**

Learning from the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and Financial Controller, this Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Admin role will include**:

- Monitoring and uploading incoming purchase ledger invoices
- Manage the employee's expenses using WebExpenses software.
- Updating exchange rates at the start of the accounting month
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and ensuring accounts are reconciled
- Resolving queries evolving from statement reconciliations
- Preparing cash balance reports for Financial Controller
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Providing support to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor
- Liaise with staff across the business including foreign entities

**You should have at least 1 years' experience of working in an office environment and be very comfortable using Excel and Accounting Systems. You will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.**
