Due to growth, the company is seeking an additional Accounts Payable AP Clerk / Purchase LedgerClerk to work in an excellent Finance / Accounts department to support and improve financial reporting.
An excellent junior role in Accounts, this Purchase Ledger Clerk role will involve:

- Posting of purchase invoices against purchase orders
- Allocate site and product and revenue / capital items
- Maintain payment system according to supplier terms
- Supplier statement reconciliations and payment allocations
- Monitor and maintain age creditor report with analysis and action points
- Assist with month-end processes and audits and other ad hoc work within AP
- Learn from Purchase Ledger colleagues and Management Accountants

This Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant role will suit a bright accounts clerk, with purchase ledger / accounts payable experience, keen to progress in an excellent finance team. Strong Excel and numeracy skills are essential. Experiencein a multisite environment would be useful.
