A leading TV/Content Distribution company is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in their lovely Central London offices.

The company is a leading TV & Content sales house that partners with UK & International production houses/producers to sell their content to broadcasters & digital platforms across the globe. This is a busy and growing business that continues to expand due to its catalogue of fantastic content and strong relationships.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager this role is looking for an experienced individual to help support the management of the ledger from invoice receipt through to payment runs.

This role is for 4 days a week and the company offers hybrid working. Salary offered is the full time equivalent)

Your main duties and Responsibilities are not limited to but do include the following:

- Accurate and timely maintenance of the purchase order list
- Credit and debit card reconciliations including uploading onto the system accurately
- Payment runs and dealing with urgent payments promptly and efficiently
- Generating payment listings and attaching support as and when required - then uploading on to our system
- Receive, check, process and and register all invoices accurately
- Reconcile invoices to authorised purchase orders and review ensuring correct coding of each invoice
- Ensure efficient and prompt authorisation of POs and invoices
- Making sure invoices are posted on the system regularly
- Managing the punctual authorisation of payments
- Checking, coding and processing a substantial amount of expense claims and receipts
- Clarifying and answering queries and payment issues from suppliers
- Adding and amending new suppliers on the system on an ad hoc basis
- Assist with the Purchase Ledger Audit
- Ensure all Purchase Ledger duties are prioritised and dealt with promptly - particularly at month end and busy periods
- Work closely along side the Purchase Ledger Manager and help with any other tasks or duties as and when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
