Elm House is one of our Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) teams within Mapperley, Nottingham and is a large property with many attractive and practical features, including large sized rooms and creative enclosed gardens. Elm House has three children’sbedrooms and each child decorates them to their individual tastes and requirements.

This home is based in Nottingham and is within commuting distance from Mansfield and Derby

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting Children’s Night Support Workers to join our teams within the Nottingham area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health(SEMH) and Complex Needs.

**Contracts available - Full Time Days**

**Who we are looking for**:

- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a **funded qualification in Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner **(if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
