**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Support the lead nursery practitioners in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Help with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and toileting
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, and educational activities
- Observe and record children's progress and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates on their child's well-being

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing nature
