**WHO ARE ASHBRIDGE?**

Ashbridge Independent School and Nursery offers an exceptional Early Years experience in a unique environment where babies, toddlers and pre-school children flourish. A nurturing and attachment led approach allows all children to feel comfortable and settled in our setting which value all of the families, children and team members.

As part of your role, you be responsible for the children’s **emotional wellbeing**, and planning interesting and exciting activities for their continuing learning and development. You will also be developing close relationships with our children and their families. We have a strong **outdoor ethos**, so all practitioners love being outside, no matter the weather (we provide a fantastic uniform to keep everybody warm and dry)

We have **four** settings across **Preston** - Near to Preston City Centre, Hutton, Cottam and Bilsborrow. All settings have onsite or nearby parking AND are accessible by public transport.

Ashbridge is looking to recruit high quality Early Years Practitioners to be a part of our talented, high quality, dynamic team.
- Nurturing, respectful, quality driven, experienced practitioner
- Early Years Qualification (or related) desirable BUT not essential as full induction, training and qualification routes are provided
- A passion for working with children
- A love for the outdoors
- Flexible & reliable
- Experience of working in a tea
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative to inspire children

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
