**The Role and what you will be doing**
The Internal Communications & Events Manager will play a key role in our cultural and behavioral evolution.
The role will play an integral part in shaping our employees’ experience. Key to this will be ensuring that our internal comms are timely, clear, engaging and consistent across our three core offices. This individual will also own the events calendar and strategy within our London office and support the event activities in Milton Keynes and Motherwell.
This is a new and exciting role for us and will be based in Central London, in a state-of-the-art office which is the base for a rapidly expanding force of over 100 colleagues.
**The primary responsibilities of this role include**:
- Creating and executing the business-wide internal communications strategy that will champion our internal voice, our ‘North Star’ vision and our brand values.
- Creating and executing clear and consistent communications across each of our three operational sites, to engage and inform our colleagues.
- Create and lead our event calendar, ensuring our company events are engaging, well communicated and within budget.
- Being responsible for managing the company’s intranet and collaborating with colleagues in the People Experience and Culture team to build a calendar of key business-wide communications.
- Measuring and evaluating the impact of internal communication channels, internal communication events / campaigns and employee engagement to drive positive connection and performance across the business.

- Relevant career experience in an internal communications role
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, including our senior leadership team
- Experience designing, delivering and measuring the success of internal communication strategies and plans
- Proven ability to create compelling and impactful messages in all media
- Practical experience of working strategically and tactically, writing / preparing and producing content that works in all environments across a range of media
- A thorough understanding of internal communications channels and proven experience in using a variety of tools
- Practical experience of end-to-end planning and delivery of events and conferences
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to adapt personal style to suit the audience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £70,000.00 per year
