Casual Night Concierge

Rangeford Villages develops and operates integrated retirement communities for people aged over 60. We create exciting, innovative and contemporary villages for residents to live life to the full, with a wide range of leisure activities, services, support and care. We promote well-being whilst helping residents maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

Homewood Grove is set in leafy countryside 1.5 miles to the west of Chertsey. Our residents live among fully manicured gardens with an outside terrace off the bar and bistro. There is direct convenient pedestrian access to the neighbouring Homewood Park which offers 23 hectares of nature trails and pathways suitable for wheelchairs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Night Concierge to join the team.

There is no exact pattern to the shift, making for an interesting job, although there are specific tasks to be undertaken.

The Night Concierge team operate between 2000 and 0700.

You will receive full H&S and Fire Evacuation training.

**Responsibilities**
- Covering the reception desk and handling resident enquiries and requests
- Point of contact onsite with our warden system offsite call centre
- Assisting residents around the site
- Escorting contractors or emergency services in event of incident
- Receiving deliveries
- Assisting with Food & Beverage Activities
- Housekeeping duties: communal area cleaning
- To be responsible for security of the site and general operations duties
- Receive, act upon and provide a detailed handover to day concierge
- Adhere to and maintain all H&S procedures appropriate to the role

**Required skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Problem Solving
- Customer Service experience
- First Aid - Advantageous not essential
- Must have a good standard of spoken and written English

**Physical Job Requirements**

This is a physically demanding role and as such applicants must be physically fit and be able to handle, carry and move heavy items.
