We promote well-being whilst helping residents maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

Homewood Grove is set in leafy countryside 1.5 miles to the west of Chertsey. Our owners live among beautiful gardens with an outside terrace off the bar and bistro.

Rangeford Care is our in house care provider and unlike many care providers in this area, is set up as a domiciliary care service, with the convenience of being on one site. We are extremely proud of the strong team spirit and the high level of care we provide for our lovely clients.

**Shift Pattern**:Night shifts on a 4 days on 4 days off pattern average 38.5 hours per week. 11 hour shift (8pm - 7am)

**Requirements**:

- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Have a good standard of spoken and written English
- 1 year experience (desired but not essential)
- Be a team player
- Have excellent communication skills

**At Rangeford Care we are all about enabling our clients to live independently in their own homes, and as such the responsibilities of the role include**:

- Personal Care - bathing/showering /dressing clients
- Giving medication in line with clients care plan
- Preparing/assisting with meals
- Companionship - including involving client in their chosen activities
- Enabling clients to be part of the Homewood Grove Village community
- Assisting the Night Concierge Team where appropriate.

You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, paid for by Rangeford Care. Any additional training that is needed will also be provided.
