Night Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for an exciting client based in the Chertsey area. The client is looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join their team on a 4 on 4 off rota.
**Duties and responsibilities of Night Receptionist**:
- Manning the reception desk and handling resident enquiries and requests
- Onsite point of contact for the warden system offsite call centre.
- Completing monthly emergency light checks
- Light housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping and recycling bin collection
- To be responsible for security of the site and general operations duties
- Receive, act upon and provide a detailed handover to day concierge
- Respond to any incidents, accidents and reporting this to management
- Providing escorting duties for contractors or emergency services in an event of emergency
- You will ideally have experience working within hospitality, customer service or a care background
- Preferably you will have a certification within a first aid course (onsite training can be provided if required)
- You will have proven attention to detail skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- A clean full driving licence
- Experience working as an lone worker
**Other details**:
- Hours of work: 20:00 - 07:00 as a 4 on 4 off rota with Monday - Sunday flexibility
- Salary: £14.50 per hour. This is a temporary position
- Due to the clients location you will need to have access to a vehicle.

**Limited Company contractors**:

This will mean you will not be afforded the same protection as that of our PAYE workers but does bring you a step closer to being seen as genuinely self-employed and therefore could be viewed as outside the scope of the IR35 tax rules. If you wish to opt-out, you need to do so before your contract starts. To do this, please inform your consultant and sign and return the EAA opt-out form. Please note if we do not receive your signed form then your opt-out will be invalid.
