Quality, Governance and Risk Lead - Private Hospital £44,000(salary negotiable dependent on experience) + Optional Hybrid Working Tunbridge Wells Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Are you professional with quality or governance experience? This fantastic opportunity is within a world-leading surgical specialist hospital.It boasts 42 en-suite and private inpatient rooms and is rated "Outstanding" by the CQC This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated and autonomous individual. Your role will involve leading on investigations for complaints and incidents, identifying trends, preparing for inspections, taking part in governance meetings, in addition to preparing reports and presentations based on data collected from audits etc. You will report into and be supported by a friendly and experienced Head of Risk and support/ educate other professionals to ensure deadlines are met (e.g nursing audits).
