Conference Coordinator

Do you enjoy getting to know people and providing a high level of customer service? Are highly organised? Have you worked to set targets? If the answer is yes, then our Conference Office Coordinator position could be for you.
The Conference Office Coordinator will assist our Conference and Events team in the organising and smooth running of our events. This includes everything from the building relationships with events bookers, to managing their booking and ensuring that all charges relating to events have been posted accurately and within the relevant business period and all invoices are issued accordingly.
**Duties**
- Work to set targets of revenue and conversion
- Work pro-actively with an aim to source new business
- Winning and developing new business
- Chase and update the status of provisional events
- Liaise with all departments on a day-to-day basis
- Administer bedrooms reservations as required and instructed.
- Seeks client feedback
We're looking for enthusiastic people who are eager to develop themselves both personally and professionally. You'll have experience in running an event smoothly have great communication skills in order to liaise with our customers and other departments internally. You'll be a friendly person, who enjoys getting to know people and providing a high level of customer service.
