Our client who are a distributor of luxury goods are seeking to recruit a Permanent **Business Information Analyst** to work at their Head Office based in Dartford.

As the Business Information Analyst you be responsible for transforming and maintaining the existing reporting portfolio to present highly visual summaries for senior management through creation of self-service dashboards / charts. You will provide analysison the data sets to highlight potential issues and drive efficiencies making recommendations for process change throughout the business. There will be on going reporting requests as and when required. This role would suit someone with a drive for Data analysisand presentation. The business is looking to enhance its BI tools over the next 18 months and this role will be key to driving this through.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead enhancing and maintaining the Reporting framework of the business, with a particular focus on the Operational side of the business.
- Providing analysis of data sets to key stakeholders
- Supporting management of Master Data initiatives and IT lead Data projects and operational change to meet tight deadlines
- Liaise extensively with internal clients and stakeholders, including colleagues and developers
- Translate client requirements to clearly specified briefs
- Plan and working to deadlines
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments

For this role you will require:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience of working as a BI analyst or similar role
- Excellent practical knowledge of the MS Office Suite including advanced Excel
- Excellent working of knowledge of MS Power BI
- Experience with SQL / SQL Reporting services and Data analysis requests
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within an ERP environment (Sage 1000 preferred) - understanding of data flow across an organisation.
- Previous experience within a Business Operational environment an advantage
- Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail
- Confident decision maker, with an ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to explain complex data sets in simple terms

This role would suit someone with a drive for data analysis and presentation as the business is looking to enhance its BI tools over the next 18 months and this role will be key to driving this through.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
