You will be joining our Transformation teamYou will spend time working independently on discrete assignments focussed on business improvement activity that you will take a lead role addition you will operate under the direction of project managers within our larger transformation projects in which you will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to aid the successful delivery of key projects and in driving continuous improvement across our organisational processes.We support agile working so youll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.To apply:Complete our application form in full via our careers website. Our financial strength puts us in a good position to rise to challenges and plan for the have released our new corporate strategy so its an exciting time to join Moat This involves being customer pioneers investing in new and existing homes putting safety and quality first.We are also proud to announce that we have been awarded an accreditation forThe Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 based on our employee feedback.Your key tasks will include:Documenting current state processes and conducting relevant analysis to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement in line with Moats business process mapping standards.Collaborating with colleagues by capturing desired future state processes and their associated business requirements that align with our organisational goals.Designing and delivering targeted process reviews using lean methodologies to streamline processes reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends root causes of issues and support future state requirements and project benefits measurements.Developing engaging stakeholder sessions to gather requirements communicate findings and facilitate the implementation of process improvements.Supporting project delivery via creation of business process requirement specifications and use cases User Acceptance Testing plans and test scripts to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and are aligned with business needs.Working collaboratively with technical resources including Data Analysts CRM Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to feed business requirements into technical specifications.For more information and full entry requirements please see here the full job description: Business Process In return you will receive:A range of benefits.
