The Hampson Beauty Clinics have been established for over 20 years and are experiencing a fast-growing expansion. At our Hampson Beauty Clinic Tonbridge, we are looking to hire a detail-orientated Trainee Beauty Therapist to provide clients with high-quality beauty treatments-based on client’s needs and preferences.

The Hampson Beauty Clinic group consistently strive to use new techniques and products that help to get the best results for therapists and clients. It will be part of your role to upsell retail to clients to hit KPI targets daily, therefore excellent knowledge of our treatment menu and retail products is a must. Training is always ongoing and provided to you, so the sky is the limit when it comes to learning and developing your skill set.

What You Will Do:

- Be able to provide beauty treatments to a high standard.
- In-depth knowledge of all beauty treatments
- Upselling and advising retail products to all clients.
- Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
- Making sure that health & safety standards are always met.
- Build rapports with your clients to retain your rebooking’s
- Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clients/guests

Who You Will Be:

What You Will Already Have:

- A Minimum of NVQ level 2 qualification (required)
- experience working as a beauty therapist (preferred)

About the Job:
Full time position
- Salary £15,500 per annum
- Working week Tuesday - Saturday
- 5 Days a week 10am - 6pm Tuesday and Friday, two late night shifts (10am-8pm every Wednesday and Thursday) and every Saturday 10am-4pm
- Total hours per week: 39.00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £15,500.00 per year
