Are you an experienced **Administrator?** Our client requires your excellent skills to join them at their office based in Horsforth. You will speak to customers on a daily basis in order to provide solutions and resolutions to their queries.Your excellent communication and Administration skills will shine through, enabling you to excel at this role. You will also have fantastic attention to detail.

**Salary**: up to £23,000 dependant on experience

**Hours**: 8-4.30 3.30pm Friday **Benefits**: 7% pension

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Involvement from order processing to invoicing
- Working closely with customers and other staff, both internal and external
- Liaising with customers to schedule installation and Service engineer site visits
- Allocating parts to be shipped to site or external stores
- Co-ordinating staged deliveries, commissioning and liaising other departments that interact with the customer post sale
- Written and verbal communication
- Keeping accurate files (both electronic and paper)
- Assist the departments to reach their targets
