**What you'll be doing**:Partnering is key to this role - you'll work with with the wider People Team and Managers from across the Group to develop an annual roadmap and activity calendar that supports the Wellbeing and Engagement strategy, and ultimately improve employee experience. As the lead for wellbeing you will lead, maintain and refresh all wellbeing resources, partnering with associated internal channels to ensure maximum uptake and engagement for initiatives that we run.We want this to be a great place to work with wellbeing activities or initiatives that make a difference and support agreed key focus areas which could be stress management, financial awareness, menopause awareness etc. You will champion diversity, equality, and inclusion through all our people-related activities and seek to influence and coach Senior Management and People Managers on the importance (and return on investment) of getting employee wellbeing and engagement right.**What are we looking for?**
- Generalist HR experience at an operational level.
- Experience of the operational implementation of wellbeing strategy.
- Experience of analysing information and data, identifying trends and recommending action/solutions.
- An intermediate level of experience on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
- Able to lead projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience is desirable and an advantage
- Able to establish and maintain strong and credible working relationships built on trust and the ability to challenge.
- Ability to identify and translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives.
- Coaching skills and style demonstrating strong listening capabilities.
- Consulting techniques for effective collaborative delivery.
- Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
- Appetite and confidence to challenge the status quo and operate as an effective change agent.
- Ability to balance short-term operational delivery with medium and long-term strategic thinking and planning.
- Moral courage - demonstrate high personal standards and commitment to Company values with the self-confidence to follow through.
- Customer focus - the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine curiosity to understand people; accurately hear and understand partly expressed or unspoken thoughts, feeling or concerns.
