**What you’ll be doing**
- Looking after the entire employee benefits offering, managing the relationship with 3rd party suppliers, facilitating annual renewals and implementing new benefits.
- Creating internal process guides and upskilling colleagues to run administrative tasks and handle queries.
- Ensuring all information across the intranet and benefits platform is up to date and correct.
- Designing a wellbeing strategy and delivering an engaging communications plan to improve benefits knowledge and uptake.
- Working closely with the Reward Business Partner and being able to deputise on key compensation tasks.
- Significant experience in Reward, with a focus on wellbeing
- Thorough understanding of employee benefits, including pensions (DC Schemes)
- Ability to break down processes and create clear guides
- Confidence when presenting information to a wider audience within the business
**Education and Qualifications**
- CIPD - working towards or achieved is advantageous
