So, this really could be the start of a brilliant and rewarding career Some of our apprentices say "Working at Home Group enables me to earn while I learn and without university debt” and "I would happily tell anyone thinking of becoming an apprentice that it provides a worthwhile qualification and experience that could lead to a very good career". **About the role** We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team in our new Centre of Excellence where you’ll working in the Customer Resource team supporting our colleagues to help customers. There are never two days the same in the Customer Resource team with our promise to the business; you could be arranging for documents to be translated and then next arranging alternative accommodation for our customers, as an apprentice you will cover a variety of tasks to ensure you are able to complete your apprentice learning along the way. But fear not we have an excellent team with many years’ experience and knowledge on all the tasks we carry out so you’ll be supported along the way. There is no “I” in team, but there is a “U” in success You’ll be working alongside our marvellous team who are dedicated to providing brilliant customer service. Our manager is Nichole who is currently on secondment having worked extensively as an administrator for the organisation for the past 7 years. There are 7 of us in the team, Jo our social butterfly has been with Home Group for a golden 25 years and enjoys spending time with family and great work colleagues. Terri joined Home Group in 2015 as an apprentice and upon completion of her NVQ was successful in securing a permanent position as an administrator, in her spare time Terri loves to spend time with her family. Jess joined the team in early 2019 and enjoys watching sports and spending time with friends and family. Karen joined the team in late 2019 as an apprentice and upon completion of her NVQ was also successful in securing a permanent position as an administrator, in her spare time Karen enjoys socialising with friends and taking care of her granddaughter. Charley joined the team early 2021 and enjoys spending time with her dogs and attending gigs. Jemma joined the team mid 2021 and also enjoys attending gigs. Nigel is our newest addition having joined team late 2021 and brings his excellent excel skills to the team. The team are an energised and pleasant bunch who pride themselves on supporting each other, they function as a little work family Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers and you will receive support from an experienced tutor as well as from within your own team.
