**What You’ll Be Doing**

This role sits right at the heart of our operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the printing process, helping to keep their projects on track, and supporting our Business Development Manager with client accounts and admin tasks. It’s a role that keeps you on your toes - perfect for someone who loves variety and staying busy.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- _**Customer Service**:_Be the friendly face (or voice) our customers turn to for help and advice.
- _**Project Coordination**:_ Keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish.
- _**Team Support**:_Assist the Business Development Manager with client accounts and ongoing projects.
- _**Admin & Organisation**:_Handle day-to-day admin tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
- _**Database Management**:_ Keep our systems up to date with accurate customer and order information.
- _**Problem Solving**:_ Step in when challenges arise and make sure customers always leave happy.
