**Photocentric Ltd** is a rapidly growing manufacturer based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Phoenix, USA. Three times Queens Award winners one for export and twice for innovation. We manufacture our own 3D printers and resins and exportall over the world. We have embarked on some exciting business partnerships which have rapidly changed the direction of our business. Due to this growth, we are now recruiting for a new position for a full-time**Sales & Admin Co-ordinator.**
We are an innovative company rapidly growing and as a result we are on the search for a business minded Sales & Admin Co-ordinator to provide sales and marketing support to the Sales Directors. This position suits an experienced administrator who is customerdriven with proven commercial experience. There is the opportunity to develop in this position through either sales, account management or marketing channels.
**Responsibilities of our Sales & Admin Co-ordinator** **include**:
- Providing full administration and executive support to the two Sales Directors and MD
- Coordinating sales activities and initiatives within the Sales Department
- Completing regular sales, reporting and forecasting for inclusion in the sales and marketing departmental management and budget reports
- Ensuring all sales orders and samples are processed effectively and within a set agreed on timeframe
- Account managing small house accounts to create long-term trusting relationships with our customers in the UK and internationally
- Forecasting and tracking house accounts to identify lapsed customers and new business opportunities among existing customers
- Coordinating customer and partner visits to generate sales and technical knowledge
- Updating and management of Oracle to ensure customer data is available for generating reports and revisiting prospects
- Gaining an interest in the 3D market and competitors and learning how to identify trends and opportunities for new export markets and new product development
- Working closely with the marketing team to create marketing initiatives
**Experience and skills required for our Sales & Admin Co-ordinator**:
- A proven track record of office administration or Sales & Admin Co-ordinator experience ideally from a manufacturing or export background
- Some experience working in a sales environment would be useful but not essential
- Commercially minded and understand the importance of providing a good customer services experience
- Highly confident and extremely well organised with the willingness to want to learn
- An excellent communicator and a team player who is willing to carry out all tasks to meet deadlines
- Some experience in generating various reports and data analysis
- Negotiation skills and a problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to check work for errors
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
