It’s an exciting time to join our team as we have secured one of the thirty-eight national LSIP (Local Skills Improvement Plans) projects.The aim of the LSIP is to give employers more of a say over the future skills landscape in their locality and tackleskills gaps.
We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our LSIP Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will have the chance to play a key role in our LSIP project, utilising and developing your knowledge and skill set to make a positive impact on businesses in the South West.
**The Role**
As the Project Co-ordinator, you will assist the LSIP Team in the smooth co-ordination, administration and delivery of the LSIP project.
Reporting to the LSIP Project Manager, you will co-ordinate enquiries, undertake preparations for team meetings, take minutes and assist with the setup and delivery of events.
Working with the Project Team, you will also provide data processing support, assist with the production of research and analysis and ensure all client data is logged onto the relevant CRM in an accurate and timely manner.
**About You**
To join us as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience of planning meetings or events online
- Experience of working with a team in a flexible working environment
- Planning and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills and the ability to use all Microsoft packages and management information systems
- At a minimum, five GCSEs or O Levels or equivalent including English and Maths
