My client, a Global Financial Services organisation, are currently seeking an Agile Transformation Delivery Lead to join them on an initial 12 - month contract based in their London office.
This role will oversee a brand-new programme across the organisation in adopting new Agile practices in pursuit of improving how the business delivers technology and Ways of Working in efforts in becoming more lean. You will be reporting into the COO, managing the day to day around the delivery, so prior experience delivering HR transformations in a technology focused environment is essential. You will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders and delivery leads across the organisation to guide them through the ways of working transformation with the goal of making the transformation more streamline.

**Ideal skillset**:

- Proven experience in HR Transformation within a Financial Services organisation
- Experience implementing Agile delivery standards
- Technical Project Management background would be preferable
- Experience of Delivering HR Transformations
- Experience of delivering a 'Ways of Working' transformation in a large-scale organisation
- Leadership qualities, including managing and supporting a complex global team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
