You'll guide cross-functional teams through agile transformation, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Working across delivery, strategy, and leadership, you'll influence how large-scale programmes flow - from portfolio management to team-level delivery - ensuring that agility and efficiency are embedded at every level.You'll also coach and mentor delivery teams, facilitate workshops, remove barriers to success, and bring back learnings to shape best practice across the wider organisation. Guide and mentor cross-functional teams in adopting Agile practices and creating a culture of collaboration and transparency. Facilitate delivery events and team self-organisation to improve value, speed, and quality. Work with executive and portfolio-level teams to drive enterprise-wide flow and delivery outcomes. Identify and remove barriers to delivery, supporting teams to continuously improve. Share insights and innovations across teams to drive organisational learning and capability. Develop inclusive team cultures where contributions are recognised and high performance is encouraged. Key Requirements:Current UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Proven experience as anAgile Delivery Coachor in a similar coaching, facilitation, or delivery leadership role. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Kanban, Disciplined Agile, and ICAgile. Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or XP is desirable. Experience working with mature and emerging Agile teams across transformation programmes. Strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams. Experience influencing at portfolio or executive level to align initiatives with organisational outcomes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
