**JOB PURPOSE**
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our Matchday Hospitality team in delivering a first-class match day experience at Kenilworth Road.
As part of our matchday casual staff team, you will play a key role in creating a welcome and professional atmosphere for our guests, supporters and VIPS.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Great and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver outstanding service to all hospitality guests, including VIPs and sponsors.
- Respond promptly and positively to guest requests or concerns.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, in line with service standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing down dining areas, suites or lounges
- Ensure presentation of food, drink and service areas is clean and professional.
- Follow briefings from supervisors, Hospitality Manager.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised environment throughout the event.
- Maintain clear communication and a positive can-do attitude.
- Be flexible in supporting other areas of hospitality as needed

**MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**Education/Qualifications/Training**:
**Essentials**
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Can follow instructions and expectations of the role and standards outlined in our Matchday Handbook.
**Specific Experience**:
- Experience of working within a similar role previously.
- Experience of working within a customer facing role.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
- Friendly, approachable with a professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible with working hours covering evening and weekend shifts.
**Additional Information**:
- This a Casual Worker role.
- Training will be provided.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
