**About Us**

LAH provide front of house receptionists, marketing managers and lifestyle managers for premium commercial office properties, working with Landlords, Investors and Property Management Companies. We’ve been established for over 35 years and as an independent, nationwide business, we recognise the importance of everyone who works for us.

**The role**

We are looking to recruit a friendly and efficient front of house receptionist to work 2.5 days per week on a job share basis at fabulous office building in Birmingham. It is located five minutes from three stations, with underground parking and added extras.

As a reception team you will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role.

Key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):

- You will be the first point of contact, - the ‘face of the building’, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
- Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, following appropriate protocols
- Ensuring the reception area always looks pristine and welcoming
- Managing any deliveries, including couriers and post
- General administration as required
- You will manage and report any maintenance or building issues and keep the off-site Building Manager informed
- Managing contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance or specific repairs and keeping a progress log
- You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file.
- You will develop a newsletter (when appropriate) for tenants to communicate such initiatives.

**About you**
- You will be personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- You will be self-motivated and willing to take on additional activities as part of the reception role.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be Microsoft office competent with confidence using social media and creative apps
- You will enjoy working independently as part of the reception job share
- You will previously have worked in a premium, corporate front of house reception role or customer service, marketing, or sales environment.

**Hours**

8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday and Tuesday, 8am - 1pm Wednesday

**Salary**

£11.16 per hour
