Role Summary:
Based at HQ in our Cribbs Causeway dealership you will be at the epicentre of our customer bookings operation. Receiving incoming calls from customers across our 4 dealerships looking for help and advice on servicing and repair needs for their Honda, MG and Mitsubishi vehicles, you will truly be at the heart of the action. The successful personality will join our vastly experience team of booking advisors who have acquired expert knowledge over many years and will be at your side helping every step of the way.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Managing inbound calls from customers who require help for servicing and repair.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers who require help for servicing and repair.
- Manage the service booking diary.
- Give advice on services and products recommended by Honda.
- Update customer information on the database.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Communicate clearly with service team members.
- Administrative duties are required.
- You will need to be confident, articulate and have a good telephone manner.
- Excellent listening skills.
**Previous customer experience is preferred but not essential, a big smile is essential.**
**We offer a very competitive package with the opportunity to earn overtime and bonus.**
**Ongoing in house and direct Honda training and development is provided to all our employees**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
