We have a great new opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join us the team of a leading insurance and legal services provider, DAS UK Group
Previous contact centre experience is not essential for this role. You would ideally have gained experience in a customer facing role such as retail or hospitality, or be a recent college leaver. Full training will be provided. Regardless of your background, if you excel in delivering excellent customer service whilst remaining empathetic and resilient in a fast paced environment we would love to hear from you.

About You
- Great telephone and communication skills.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicating at all levels to build relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues.
- An aptitude to work with different computer, office equipment and telephony packages.
