As one of our Contact Centre Agents you will receive calls for a wide variety of our small business customers. Our sophisticated telephone answering software will tell you which business is calling and you will use our on-screen communication scripts to help you identify your caller's needs, resolve their queries and/or take messages.

You will be a capable telephonist, customer service driven and have the aspirations to grow and develop within our fast-growing company.

Key Requirements
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Able to transcript messages accurately on a keyboard whilst wearing a headset
- Positive & can-do attitude
