1) To represent FRAB Limited in Mandarin and English as a knowledgeable and trustworthy business operating in the UK and Chinese property markets.

2) Develop and expand a business network comprising property investors and developers in both China and UK as well as identified property agents to the local area of operation.

3) Attend and complete agreed and certified training schedules, provided by the employer, on UK legislation governing commercial and residential property markets as well as anti-money laundering supervision and monitoring, and non-domicile tax regulation.

4) Manage marketing budget to promote acquisition targets using technology and media.

5) Initiate, participate, add value to property investment economic cycles from discovery and negotiations through to completion and transfer of funds.

6) Upon acquisition, continue to manage the parties and offer further FRAB Limited services for client retention against agreed profit targets.

7) UK based but will require local and international travel, and significant out of office hours working to allow for the differing time zones between the two markets.
