**Group IT Internal Controls Manager**
**c.£90,000 + £9,000 cash car allowance + excellent benefits package**
**Oxford (2 days a week)**

**Astrum Search** is delighted to be in a position to represent this **acquisitive FTSE international group of companies** in their quest to find a true business partner to act as IT General Controls Manager, joining their **newly formed** function.

This is an exciting time to join as the **Group IT Internal Controls Manageras the programme is in its infancy and you will have the opportunity to design and shape its development.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leader for the IT General Controls workstream of the Group programme
- In collaboration with Group Information Security team ensure alignment of processes, standards and leverage effort
- Evaluate current control design and, if required, recommend improvements
- Be an ambassador for control improvement and share best practice across all business areas
- Assisting with the design as well as implementation/ roll out of the Global Risk, Governance, and Compliance platform
- Other Risk and Internal Control related project activities as required
- IT risk and controls specialist with prior experience in a similar internal audit/internal controls/SOX compliance function
- Good understanding of financial and finance related processes and controls including related IT automated and IT General Controls
- Subject matter expert in IT risk management and IT General Controls Proven experience of designing, implementing and evaluating ITGC controls in the key risk areas of user access, change management, IT operations and program development Programme Managementskills
