At South Rings Energy Ltd, we primarily work on the ECO4 scheme as well as many other rewarding contracts to help make peoples homes more energy efficient. We install new A rated boilers, heating systems, smart controls, loft, room-in-roof, internal wall and cavity wall insulation. We are also expanding in to the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar panels in the coming months.
You must be a team player and IT literate; able to use MS Office, Google sheets, other bespoke systems which you will be fully trained to use.
Your duties will mainly include but not exhaustively:
- Answering the telephone and capturing customer details and information regarding their existing systems accurately.
- Able to learn what the ECO requirements are to ensure only eligible customers are processed.
- Booking jobs onto Microsoft Outlook diary for surveyors and installers.
- Conversing with field surveyors, installers and customers.
- Booking in appointments with installers and contractors.
- Route planning for surveyors and electricians.
- Updating CRM systems internally and externally in a timely manner.
- Processing survey documents, producing detailed survey and install packs.
- Processing and assessing all compliance to ensure the installation can proceed.
- Must have high attention to detail and be very organised.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Be able to use own initiative.
- Excellent all round general administration skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Previous customer service experience is essential and a knowledge of the ECO industry is desirable, however full training will be given to the successful applicant.
We are a small, local business with an efficient team who work together to create a nice, productive working environment in our new offices on South Rings Business Park in Bamber Bridge.
Salary £21.5K (depending on experience) for 37.5hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm) plus overtime during busy periods and to cover absence/holidays.
