This opportunity sits with a leading Insolvency and Restructuring firm, well known as a centre of excellence within the industry. The firm is London based, with a robust offering across multiple sectors. Due to their substantial growth the firm is searching for a reputable and diligent Compliance Director to join and guide their team.
- Demonstrable experience within a Compliance remit, covering Insolvency and Restructuring, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Daily duties would include stakeholder engagement, team management and leading on compliance as well as risk mitigation strategies
- Projects would include IBR’s, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Insolvency Appointments and Insolvency
- Knowledge areas would include deep knowledge of the Corporate Governance and Insolvency Act 2020, Insolvency and Restructuring best practices. This in addition to Compliance best practice, Risk Mitigation and Management strategies
- Professional registration with JIEB would be desirable.
