My client, a legal 70 firm in Reading, is seeking to expand their insolvency and restructuring Team. Thus, they are looking to hire a Insolvency and Restructuring Senior Associate or associate. You must be a qualified solicitor to apply.

Role focus:

- Acquisitions of distressed business
- Board advisory
- Business contingency and exit planning
- Business restructuring and turnaround strategy
- Cross-border insolvency, forensics and international asset-tracing and recovery
- Debt and asset recovery
- Debt reconstruction and consolidation
- Dispute resolution (including mediations, arbitrations and other forms of ADR)
- Insolvency and Companies Act offences and regulatory advice including director disqualification proceedings and fraud-based insolvency
- Liquidations (whether solvent, compulsory or voluntary) receiverships (court or LPA appointed), administrations, voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies
- Refinancing and general security advice
