We have material Restructuring practices across the globe, including: USA, Canada, Caribbean, Europe, India, Middle East, Far East - and many of these are market leading in their individual markets. Given our global scale, we are able to seamlessly deliver cross-border Restructuring & Insolvency mandates, alongside our full-service UK Regional Restructuring offering. Our UK Restructuring practice has established offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, and has recently opened in Glasgow and Edinburgh. We are winning and delivering work for clients at a rapid pace and, as a result, we are recruiting talented individuals to join this expanding team at Associate Director level in London.

The opportunity
- We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 years restructuring experience working on restructuring advisory (lender or company-side) or insolvency (formal insolvency or contingency planning) assignments.
- As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile engagements across restructuring advisory and insolvency, working with many of the industry’s leading Managing Directors.
- Assignments can include multi-stakeholder and often multi-national restructuring advisory engagements and/or UK and cross border insolvency appointments. Projects can also include IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis.

The person
- Experience within the Restructuring team of a Big 4 or other large national practice or regional professional services firm.
- Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop additional knowledge of all restructuring offerings with evident project experience in some / all of the following: company-side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis, formal insolvency or contingency planning.
