We are looking to recruit **Front of House Team Leaders** to join the team at our fab pub, The Lloyds in Chorlton

**About the role**:
As a **Front of House Team Leader,** pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. You’ll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and being a positive role model for your team. Taking the lead and running shifts, it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you’re passionate about.

Previous experience as a** Team Leader** or Supervisor within a similar hospitality or retail role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player.

**Where you will be working**:
The Lloyds is a beautiful late-Victorian listed building, built in 1900 and located in the heart of bohemian Chorlton. It boasts a fairy lit beer garden overlooking a vast bowling green giving it that edge in the competitive surrounding environment. Balancing traditional style with a modern twist, The Lloyds offer delicious high quality Great British food daily along with quality ales and great service.
