**What you will do as a Front Office Team Leader**
- Working within the Front Office team, you will assist with day to day operations, providing prompt, friendly and personalised service to our guests
- Supervise the Front Desk, handling any guest situations with care, such as check in/out, guest queries, upselling etc
- Demonstrate your passion for the hospitality industry and in particular Front Office operations. A people focused team player, you will have previous Front Office experience at a supervisory level in a similar standard of Hotel - Opera knowledge and a good level of computer skills is desirable
- Operate with a genuine care for the well-being of guests and colleagues alike, believing passionately in creating and supporting a caring environment that allows people to be their best
- Bring a sense of fun to your role - you will build relationships with our guests, engage in conversation and making a note of guest preferences in anticipation of their next stay at a Hyatt hotel
- Support your colleagues and be keen to grow and develop with Hyatt
