**About The Role**:
**PEOPLE PARTNER - SOCIAL CARE & EDUCATION**
**Location** - Hybrid (home working / averaging 3 days per week on site)
**Salary** - £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance
We are recruiting for People Partners, a brand-new role as we go through an exciting period of growth and innovation.
You will partner leaders and managers and the job families they represent in building future capability across Kisimul. You will deliver this through building trusted business relationships and intelligence that help people leaders to be brilliant and enable colleagues and the organisation to flourish.
You will promote collaboration that builds a connected way of working and role model business partnering within the wider people team. You will also deliver the strategic people plan prioritising issues to address both immediate and longer-term challenges. Contribute to the whole colleague lifecycle from ‘looking in’ to ‘moving on’.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Understanding our Meaningful Life business model, vision strategy and plans; being skilled at understanding how our organisation operates, how we create value, our strategic drivers and our values
- Undertake functional OD reviews and review workforce plans with business leaders.
- Use people and business data analytics, performance, and informal feedback to identify and address opportunities for continuous improvement; ensuring leaders understand the drivers of employee engagement and the relationship between these and organisational performance
- Take the leading position within an identified service area for internal communications enabling colleagues to feel informed, connected and engaged
- Role model and support the service leadership team to develop an inclusive culture that addresses inequality
- Support your service area leaders in building robust and effective talent and succession plans to ensure the organisation has the right resource, capability, and talent to achieve immediate and strategic ambitions
- Ensure alert colleague listening and engagement at service level resulting in a strong relationship between the organisation, it’s leaders, managers and colleagues
- Generate and align people data with business intelligence data to inform decision-making
- Embed a coaching and mentoring culture in support of the learning strategy
- Develop robust business unit resourcing plans

**What you’ll need**
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within the sector (social care or education)is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and previous experience of the accountabilities within this portfolio.
- Good business acumen and commerciality, understanding finance principles, risk and reward and business outcomes.
- Experienced in operating model, organisational design and leading change.
- An understanding of the key drivers of employee engagement and how to coach leaders to understand and drive business value from them.
