**_Senior Business Analyst - IT Education Technology - London/Remote - up to £55k_**

I'm working with a Education Technology company who are looking to recruit a **_Senior Business Analyst. _**This is an exciting time to be joining the Business Systems Team, helping them implement the new CRM system

As a **_Senior Business Analyst _**you'll have the opportunity to help shape my client's wider businesses' future processes. With your initial work spanning across Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and more

**_The Responsibilities:_**
- Working alongside various departments including Data and CRM team, creating a central source of key documentation that outline's my clients future business process and customer flow
- Challenging the current processes, thinking towards being technologically innovative, customer focused and utilising automation wherever it is beneficial
- Regularly communicating with internal stakeholders and alignment of process touchpoints between departments
- Fulfilling ad-hoc data analysis and investigative tasks to support data-based and fact based decision making

**_The Requirements:_**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Must have CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics is ideal but not necessary) and ERP systems
- Ideally been involved in CRM implementation projects
- Experience in business process mapping, data governance and process design and execution
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent practical knowledge of Visio
- Highly organised and a keen eye for detail
