**Senior Business Analyst - Investment Operations/Investment management/Middle office**

**London/Cardiff or Hove and Remote**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Senior Business Analyst** to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefits from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return wewill provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

The Senior Business Analyst will be experienced in business analysis and capable of overseeing and driving the early stages of projects from inception, through to delivery. The Senior Business Analyst will be able to see the bigger picture, and act as expertcounsel to align Business Change ideas to the Operating Model, Architecture and Strategic themes, as well as coaching, mentoring, and guiding other analysts.

**Essential skills**:

- Specific experience of Investment Operations, Investment Management middle office and / or Middle office outsourcing is essential for this role
- Business change experience
- Ability to operate in a Lean, Agile environment and is comfortable formulating and consulting on Epics across identified Value Streams
- Self-starting and inquisitive, comfortable working in complex delivery environments, with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communications skills
