**£25000 basic / OTE £50000**

As a Negotiator you will be responsible for generating interest from existing 'leads’ gained from the companies CRM system, where you will be skilled at engaging and dealing with vendors, providing an explanation of the services on offer. Working in a teamof skilled negotiators / property consultants, you will be responsible for determining whether we are able to make an offer for the sale of their property.

You must have excellent attention to detail, an outstanding telephone manner and the ability to overcome objections is paramount if you are to be successful.
