We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Installation Planner at Moores. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in the successful planning of our installations, from survey to complete sign off, all while keeping our valued customers delighted.

**Job Profile**:
As an Installations Planner, you'll take charge of a designated geographical region, utilizing our Resource Scheduling system to meticulously manage daily operations.
- Confirm post survey activities.
- Managing the Resource Scheduling system to plan work for sub-contract fitters. Contact customers regularly to confirm customer agreed fitting schedule is adhered to.
- Contact all installation sub-contractors daily to discuss any overdue work, remedial work and if necessary, re-plan.
- Confirm delivery dates and specific daily requirements using the Resource Scheduling systems considering, delivery requirements, manufacturing restraints and customer required fitting dates.
- Manage the plots on site without sign off report to drive closures and invoicing.
- Checking sub-contractor comments on the RSS and raise the necessary remedial items.
- Approving of Completion Certs through the RSS system.
- Approving of Off Loads through the RSS system ensuring that a thorough investigation has been completed so that the correct reason codes are put on the FOC orders.
- Plan sales order through to the correct solid surface distributor making sure the 15-day lead time is given. For orders on a shorter lead time, negotiate the best fitting date with the distributor and contact the customer to confirm.
- Liaising with CSAM's and Customer Care teams.
**Previous Experience**
- Experience in working with figures and/or complex data
- Knowledge of Construction / KBB Industry.
