Due to our year on year growth with no signs of slowing down, they are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the Finance team reporting to their Global Financial Controller.

This role offers flexible working and a competitive payments package.
**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of monthly management for UK and Amsterdam offices
- Completing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Intercompany accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of sales vs cost analysis
- Ensuring that revenue accruals, contractor costs are done correctly for payroll and different costs
- The production of financial information, such as client accounts or profit and loss information, account receivable and accounts payable reports
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Processing and reconciling bank statements
- Allocating all BACS payments
- Payroll submission for UK and US offices

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- At least 3 years experience in a senior management accountant role
- Part /Qualified CIMA/ACCA qualification ideal
- Experience working within recruitment desired
- Strong Excel and numerical background
- Experience in working with Xero, Intime systems
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines with a keen and flexible attitude
- Ambitious, with ability to work efficiently and with initiative
