**1 Overview of the post**:
We have an exciting career opportunities for a Receptionist/ Clinics Coordinator to join our Head Office Team based in Leeds. The opportunity is to make a real difference to people’s lives and livelihoods whilst at the same time developing your own career.

Your work will be challenging and as a Reception/ Clinics Coordinator you will responsible for managing our 3 clinics, including all the day to day receptionist duties as well as developing the clinics to increase our customer base.

Physio Med clinics initially established in 1990, have an excellent reputation based on the highest professional standards.

**2 About us**:
We provide workplace physiotherapy solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, call centre and retail environments. We care for companies with as few as two employees through to those with more than 115,000 on the payroll.

**3 Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls, provide basic information and/or forward to team
- Meet and greet Patients for consultations/treatments ensuring they are dealt with in a first class, professional manner
- Responsible for scheduling diaries, bookings and follow up bookings
- Maintaining the Reception area
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating as required
- Maintaining a clinical database
- Responsible for financial takings, to include receipt of payments, cashiering, refunds, petty cash and invoices
- Producing Monthly MI on clinical performance and spotting trends
- Adhere to Physio Med's policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively to the Physio Med team
- Interact with patients and gain customer feedback on our services
- Responsible for ensuring patient complaints are dealt with or reported to Clinical Director in a timely manner
- Ensure consistent compliance with company policy and procedure particularly telephone answering service levels,
- Act as chaperone support as required by clinicians
- Source and purchase consumables for the office/clinic.
- Evening cover until 8pm once / twice a week
- Perform weekly fire alarm checks and assist with Fire Drills
- Help with laundry from massage treatments

**4 Essential Requirements**

Excellent communication/telephone skills, enjoy solving problems and helping others.
A strong understanding of IT (Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word), including the practical mechanics of computers. At least 40 WPM typing speed and the ability to work as part of a professional team.

**Desirable Requirements**

Experience in delivering healthcare solutions and solid communication skills both written and verbal.

Previous work in a clinical setting and ideally experience in using our clinic management system TM3
