**Client Success Executive - REMOTE IN NORTHERN IRELAND, 25 hrs per week + Bonuses** **MUST BE BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND** INFOFORTE is an award wining software development & consultancy company. This is a pivotal customer facing role within a software products promotion environment. You shall promote our products, assist with on-boarding new clients, along with helping existing clients to get the most from our products. Full training will be given. **What type of person would this role suit?** You could be a graduate seeking your 1st job, or seeking valuable work experience during a gap year, or perhaps you are interested in exploring different industries. You can expect a warm welcome and flexible hours, along with remote and hybrid ways of working. **Uncapped Bonus Scheme** **Responsibilities** - Calling and speaking to existing and potential new clients on the phone / video call. - Meeting existing and potential new clients and speaking with them face to face. - Promoting our products to potential new customers. - Onboarding customers to software products, this means registering their details on certain IT systems, and then giving them a welcome call. **Skills and Qualifications** Essential Skills / Criteria - Willing to learn and be flexible and adaptable. - Ability to listen, and the ability to speak clearly in a professional confident manner. - Fluent written and spoken English - MUST BE BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND - Must be eligible for JobStart program, see " additional information" below Desirable Skills - Advanced computer skills. - Previous experience in a client / customer facing environment. - Training in selling skills and / or customer relationship management. - Qualifications in English. - Experience of public speaking or tele-sales. - University Degree or equivalent **Must be eligible for JobStart program, see " further information" below** **Further Information** The Employer is: INFOFORTE. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. Work Time: Flexible within Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
