0600 - 0700 daily start, supervisory counter balance driver, circa 45-48 hours per week
- Scanning in trailers, moving HGVs, preparing for loading, printing load/run sheets
- Assist with briefing drivers in the morning and marshalling yard
- Preparing 2nd runs ready for loading late morning
- Ensuring warehouse and yard are kept clear and tidy at all times
- Managing and motivating other warehouse ops staff to ensure all daily tasks are completed
- Assisting with handball offloading containers and pick+pack as required

Must be calm, motivated, an accomplished and efficient supervisor, safe, experienced and effective counter balance fork lift driver, able to load multiple HGVs quickly and efficiently, loading/offloading multiple vehicle types/sizes and containers, checking and managing vehicle/equipment defects, motivate and guide others, improvise and think quickly and safely in a fast paced and changing environment.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Experienced and accomplished operations supervisor, counter balance fork lift who is comfortable working efficiently and safely under pressure, with a good level of health and physical fitness.
