**Job Summary**

This role is primarily responsible for taking delivered items, assessing them and recording them on our internal systems. Amongst other duties, this involves determining the correct conditions of items, photographing and weighing items, and completing and maintaining files of completed purchase orders.

The work is fast paced, as Radwell continues to grow we receive a high number of items on a daily basis. The Receiving team play a crucial role in ensure that the products which we sell are presented to our customers accurately and professionally. This may involve the use of small hand tools from time to time.

You will need to be able to work with computers, using our internal software to record details of the items received and using the Internet to research information on product details where required. You will also need to be able to use Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel and Teams.

Not all work is computer-based There is a physical element to this position - frequent lifting up to 10kg, and the occasional lift of up to 25kg (assisted by other members of the team where required) in order to move items from where they're delivered to your workstation.

Above all, this role requires a keen eye for detail. You will work with a wide range of parts from different manufacturers - being able to identify the different versions, serial numbers, sizes and recording these accurately is crucial to the smooth running of the operation - though prior experience of Industrial Automation is not a requirement of the position.
